Although we hope you love all your items from us, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.

We've partnered with Refundid to offer instant refunds for your online returns! Returns within Australia do incur a AUD $12.50 fee for the return label. The portal used will generate a return shipping label and direct you to your nearest postage facility. Please ensure you include a completed returns form within your parcel - you can print a copy below or handwrite the required information.

International returns
Any international returns are at the expense of the customer. Please include our returns form and organise return shipping with your local courier.
We recommend using a post service with a tracking number. We cannot be held liable for garments that are lost or damaged in the return process.

Conditions for returns- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
- All original tags must remain attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and returned in original condition (no make-up/deodorant stains).

Swim
We are happy to accept swim item returns, provided they are in the original condition. Unworn, unwashed and have all tags and liners attached.
Gift With Purchase (GWP) / Collaborations
If you receive a Gift With Purchase (GWP) from All Fenix or a collaboration and want to return your item for a full refund, the gift with purchase will need to be returned unopened and in its original packaging to be able to provide you a refund. If the gift with purchase is not returned, you will receive a store credit.
EXCHANGES
We issue store credits so you can choose your exchange item yourself once we receive your return.
Sets or trio kits
All styles from a Set or Trio Kit must be returned. If a Set or Trio Kit is partially returned, then you will be charged the full amount for the individual item(s) that you decide to keep.
Faulty items
We work hard to ensure all of our products are made to the highest quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at info@allfenix.com with a description and images of your product fault
